My husband and I have raised 3 children in the Cape/Jackson community, so we are very familiar with the school system and activities available for growing families, something that can be an asset to those who use my services as a realtor.
My husband of over 30 years has run a reputable brick contracting business for most of our married life, which has exposed me to the world of construction and home building. I have taken care of payroll and assisted in job estimates. There have even been times I have worked right beside him at various construction sites. The best way to learn things is to be involved, hearing about construction work is one thing, but doing it is another!!
My background will only enable me to be better equipped to assist customers to buy a home or market their existing residence. Any customer of mine can be assured I will give them my undivided attention and will work wholeheartedly in helping them attain their goals.
While growing up I'm sure you heard the words "I bet you can't!!" That was a challenge!! Well, I love a good challenge!! Every time I list a home it's a challenge to provide a marketing program giving that listing the greatest quality exposure. At the very outset my clients know what our "game plan" is. I always keep my word about what I am going to do. I never make promises I can't keep! I also thoroughly enjoy helping people find the perfect home they are looking for.
I remember well what it was like when we bought our 1st home---it was a scarey feeling!! I want to do everything in my power to alleviate those feelings, particularly for 1st time home buyers. I make it my goal to keep my clients very informed during all phases of the buying transaction. It is imperative for my clients to understand the loan process, all inspections and everything they sign. If there are ever any questions I'm just a phone call away and I always return all calls!!
I pride myself in providing the best service possible to those I work with in the field of real estate. I never want to walk away from a customer and feel I haven't done the very best I can for them. When we begin a business relationship we start out as strangers, but by the time we are done we have become friends. I like that feeling.
